Coming Soon from William Optics - RedCat 71 and GuideStar 61 Telescopes

It’s always a good day when William and James Yang of William Optics drop by the office. The company continues to develop innovative new refractors for the amateur astronomer community, and today they showed us a couple of new products in their development pipeline. 

First up was the new GuideStar 61 guidescope. Based on the optics of the ZenithStar 61, this guidescope uses a new lightweight optical tube, a draw-tube ‘push-pull’ focuser for coarse focusing, and rotating lens assembly for fine focusing. It also features a slim Vixen/Synta style finder dovetail
