Easily level your smart telescope in under a minute
If you own a Seestar S30 Pro or other smart telescope, you'll know that the more level the telescope is, the better the tracking accuracy will be. It can be cumbersome to precisely level a smart telescope by adjusting the tripod legs, and can be agitating when trying to get the level perfect. The Agena Tripod Leveling Base takes away all of that frustration and makes leveling your Seestar S50 a snap. You can finely adjust the knobs until your smart telescope is perfectly level, allowing you to get accurate tracking (and therefore great images) all night long!
Note: To mount the leveler on a photo tripod with a 1/4"-20 stud you will need to insert a reducing bushing into the the leveler's bottom 3/8" threaded hole. These are can purchased here.
How to Use the Tripod Leveling Base
Step 1: Thread the bottom of the Leveling Base to the top of your tripod. The base uses a standard 3/8" tripod thread, which can attach to your smart telescope's tripod or any standard photography tripod. Then, thread the bottom of your smart telescope onto the top thread of the Leveling Base.
Step 2: Next, loosen the locking knobs (the smaller knurled knobs) by rotating them counterclockwise.
Step 3: Using the Seestar app's leveling feature (or the 3 built-in levels on the base if using another smart telescope), move the adjustment knobs up or down until the base is level.
Step 4: Tighten the locking knobs down again so they are flush against the larger adjustment knobs. Your smart telescope is now perfectly level!

The base is made of aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, which is CNC machined with precision and quality build that won't wear easily over time. The knobs are anodized red for easy location in the dark. The non-slip rubber pad on top of the base protects your valuable smart telescope from being scratched and keeps it securely in place. Last but not least, two of the three levels are visible from the side, allowing you to level your smart telescope once it's attached.
