This Baader adapter # 2408145 allows you to attach their T2-17 # 2408140 2" SCT Visual Back (sold separately) to larger Celestron and Meade SCT telescopes. The telescope side of this adapter has a female SCT thread with an inside diameter of 3.28". This is the thread used on Celestron's 11" and 14" SCT and Edge HD telescopes. While this item is made specifically for large Celestron telescopes, it should also fit most large Meade 10", 12" and 14" SCT telescopes that use a slightly smaller 3.25" SCT thread.
