Eyepiece parfocalizing rings allow you to set the focus of multiple eyepieces accurately so that you can change eyepieces rapidly without refocusing. These can also be useful in some setups that employ focal reducers/flatteners/coma correctors to help set the correct spacing. The ring mounts on the barrel of the accessory (eyepiece, camera, etc.) to adjust and set the focus point. The slim rings allow a close fit to the eyepiece barrel.
Each ring is supplied with a fitting allen key. The rings are precision-manufactured from aluminum and feature 3 locking set screws spaced 120-degrees apart for a secure hold. While these can be used on any standard 1.25" barrel, please note that these may not seat well if locked over safety grooves. Also, the included set screws and allen wrench are a tiny, uncommon size so be sure not to lose these as they will be very hard to replace. Allen key color may be black or silver depending on stock.
Available for 1.25" and 2" eyepieces and accessories. The first photo above shows the two different sizes, but each ring is sold individually.
