Synta Shoes for Celestron Telescopes
These Synta Shoes will mount to the finderscope mounting holes on various telescopes, creating another attachment point for accessories that use a Synta/Vixen style dovetail bar. Please note the hole spacing and check with your telescope. The Synta Shoe has slots instead of holes so the screw spacing is flexible by 2mm on either side.
- Celestron C6 / Synta-Shoe-C6: Fits the Celestron C6 SCT. Mounting holes are 32mm apart.
- Celestron C8 / Synta-Shoe-C8: Fits the Celestron C8 SCT. Mounting holes are 32mm apart.
- Celestron C9.25 / Synta-Shoe-C9.25: Fits the Celestron C9.25 SCT. Mounting holes are 32mm apart.
- Celestron C11 / Synta-Shoe-C11: Fits the Celestron C11 SCT. Mounting holes are 32mm apart.
- Celestron C14 / Synta-Shoe-C14: Fits the Celestron C14 SCT. Mounting holes are 32mm apart.

When ordering any Vixen style dovetail base (shoe), bar or plate, please note that there are two different size standards and applications in the industry. A Vixen/Synta dovetail base for this product is smaller and generally has a slot opening to accommodate 32-34mm finder bracket dovetails. A Vixen base/clamp/saddle for mounts and telescopes is wider at 42-44mm. The two are not the same and are not interchangeable.
