Coronavirus Update

We are fulfilling and shipping all orders daily (Mon-Sat) as per our regular schedule.

Order Fulfillment: Our shipping department is working overtime and getting orders out daily just as in pre-Covid times. USPS and UPS are maintaining regular pickup/delivery schedules and shipments from most of our suppliers continue to arrive. However, USPS and UPS delivery guarantees do not apply during this time and there has been a marked increase in USPS delays.

Email/Phone Support: All of our non-shipping staff is working remotely from home. We continue to offer daily customer support via email or over the phone. Since we are unable to answer the office phone, we ask that you please leave a message and one of our staff members will get back to you asap. Or for faster service, send us an email with your inquiry via the 'Contact Us' link on the top right of any page. Customer service continues to be a top priority at Agena and we will get back to you promptly, usually within a few hours.

Returns: Returns might take up to a week to process (instead of our usual 2-3 days).
