Meade #157 1.25" Adapter 07569 for Flip-Mirror System permits use of either flip-mirror model on telescopes with 1.25" eyepiece-holders. The Meade #157 Adapter has male SCT threads (2" OD, 24 TPI) on one side and a standard 1.25" nosepiece on the other.
This item equires approx. 2" additional focus travel with Model 644 Flip-Mirror and approx. 3" additional focus travel with Model 647. If your telescope does not have this much available travel on the focuser, you may not be able to reach focus using this combination of accessories. This additional travel is typically not a problem with most refracting telescope models.
