Meade's M48 to M42 Reducer Adapter is for use with Meade Series 6000 APOs or any other application where you need to go from from M48 to M42. The M48x0.75 female side threads onto the focuser drawtube and your camera-specific photo or video T-ring simply threads onto the smaller M42x0.75 male thread.
