OPTEC Lepus-SCT 0.62X Telecompressor Focal Reducer Lens
The Optec Lepus 0.62X Standard Edition Telecompressor is designed to provide a wider field of view and faster imaging with telescopes equipped with a standard 2-inch focuser or eyepiece receiver. It is particularly well suited for Meade ACF f/10 and f/8 coma-free SCT telescopes and features a 2-inch barrel-style design for straightforward installation. The camera side uses Optec's OPTEC-2100 dovetail interface, allowing connection to camera-specific Lepus mounts or a Pyxis 2" Rotator. A 100 mm on-axis back-focus distance is required, with camera-specific adapters available separately to maintain proper spacing.
