The Planewave EFA (Electronic Focus Accessory) kit automates focusing for the optional Hedrick focuser or IRF90 rotating focuser, monitors both primary-mirror and OTA back-plate temperatures, and controls the fans built into CDK telescopes! This EFA is an essential component for fully automated operation! Compatible with all 12.5" CDK & IRDK. Without the EFA, automated temperature regulation for the primary mirror is lost, an important consideration when using a third-party focuser, the EFA is required to maintain full automation. Please note: the hand controller is not included.
