The SESTO SENSO 3 LS features a compact, lightweight design with integrated control electronics and conveniently placed side ports. It includes dimmable status LEDs that can be turned off completely for dark-sky imaging. Connectivity includes USB-C for computer control, a dedicated ARCO port for power and control of an optional rotator, a 12V power input, and a temperature sensor port for automatic focus compensation with compatible software.
Easy installation with Lens Gear Clamp (LGC)
The SESTO SENSO 3 LS features the new Lens Gear Clamp (LGC) designed for telephoto lenses from brands like Canon and Nikon. Its gear-driven design eliminates backlash and allows the motor to engage the lens focus ring directly for smooth, precise focusing without external belts. An integrated encoder keeps track of focus position even after manual adjustments, while the Arca-Swiss mount allows easy attachment to a PLUS Vixen-style dovetail bar.
Two interchangeable rubber gears are included to ensure proper grip on different lens focus ring sizes, improving compatibility across many popular telephoto lenses. For lenses without a mounting thread or L-bracket, an optional Secondary Support for Photo Lenses is available to provide additional stability and alignment.
