Staying true to Askar’s user-friendly design philosophy, the Askar 111F is built to deliver premium performance while remaining practical and easy to use. Featuring a 111 mm aperture, 766 mm focal length, and a versatile native focal ratio of f/6.9, the 111F is well suited for astrophotography, visual astronomy, and even daytime photography applications.
The telescope uses a high-performance quadruplet optical design with three elements in the front and one in the rear, including an ED glass element to help reduce chromatic aberration and produce sharp, color-corrected images with excellent contrast. The retractable dew shield helps shorten the telescope for easier storage and transport, making it more convenient for travel and field use! Built with a durable CNC-machined aluminum tube and high-quality painted finish, the 111F combines a solid premium feel with Askar’s signature blue-and-white F-series styling for a clean, modern appearance under the night sky.

For added convenience, the rear of the focuser includes a fully rotatable 360° graduated camera rotator, allowing you to easily frame and adjust your imaging setup with precision.
The telescope also includes a durable 300 mm Vixen-style dovetail plate with built-in 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch threaded mounting holes, making it simple to attach directly to compatible mounts or tripods for quick setup in the field.
