Information for Star Party Door Prize Coordinators
Dear Star Party Coordinator,
Thank you for contacting us to seek door prizes for your upcoming star party. We feel privileged to serve our fellow amateur astronomers and would love the opportunity to support your event this year.
We receive dozens of solicitations each year and regret that we cannot support each and every event. Hence, please take a few minutes to read the information provided on this page. Upon submission of the additional information requested below, we will be happy to support your event on behalf of Agena AstroProducts.
1. Requirements:
In order for us to provide a door prize, we require that:
- Your event must have a website where an image banner linking to prize sponsors can be added, and
- Our banner must be added to your site and linked before we send out the door prize.
2. Information requested:
If you can add a banner and link as described above, please email customer service at [email protected] with the following information:
2.1. The name and date(s) of your event.
2.2. The date by which you will add our banners on your website (Must be at least 30 days before your event. Must also be before your deadline to receive the door prize).
After our banner has been added to your event's website, please email us again with a link to that page and the mailing address to send the door prize to and we will promptly send out your item.
