Starizona M54 Threaded Top Adapter for 14" HyperStar Reducer
The purpose of this Starizona adapter is to replace the top threading of an existing HyperStar reducer, allowing you to change the camera thread type without replacing the entire adapter. For example, if you originally used a ZWO ASI294MC Pro with M42 threads and later upgraded to a ZWO ASI6200 Pro with M54 threads, both cameras share the same backfocus but use different thread sizes. Instead of purchasing a complete second HyperStar adapter, you can simply swap the top adapter section to match your new camera, saving both cost and setup time.
