ToupTek AFW-L: 5 Position Astro Filter Wheel
Designed for serious monochrome astrophotography systems, the ToupTek Astro AFW-M Motorized Filter Wheel provides fast, automated filter changes while maintaining a compact and lightweight imaging train. Featuring five positions for 2-inch mounted filters, the AFW-M offers ample capacity for a complete LRGB filter set or a customized combination of broadband and narrowband filters, allowing you to keep your most-used filters installed and ready for imaging. Its slim 20mm profile helps minimize backfocus requirements, making it easy to integrate into a wide range of imaging systems.
Driven by a high-precision stepper motor, the AFW-M delivers accurate and repeatable filter positioning for fully automated imaging sessions. The wheel supports USB connectivity and includes power-loss position memory, allowing it to automatically return to the correct filter position after a restart. Designed for use with large-format astronomy cameras, the AFW-M accommodates 2-inch filters to help reduce vignetting and maintain excellent illumination across larger sensors. Whether you're capturing galaxies, nebulae, or star clusters, the AFW-M provides the reliability, precision, and convenience needed for efficient astrophotography.
