This adapter is required to set the correct working distance of the William Optics WIFD GT81 telescope with the Flat68III flattener. This adapter terminates in an M48x0.75 male thread to attach to M48 threaded cameras and accessories. This has the same threads as the original M48-terminal adapter on the Flat68III flattener except for its different length.
To use this, simply unscrew the original end adapter that terminates in the M48 male thread on the flattener and replace it with this longer adapter.
Correct back focus setting specification:
- For P-FLAT68III with WIFD GT81 telescope:1.9mm
