Allows you to obtain precise spacing for certain ZWO setups with reducers, correctors and flatteners that require a 55mm backfocus setting. For example, you can use this item with ZWO cameras with a 17.5mm backfocus coupled with their M54-M48-21 adapter (21mm) to get to 55mm (17.5 + 21 + 16.5mm) if required.
This item can also be used as a short 2" nosepiece with M48 threads. Made of aluminum and black anodized.
