Now upgraded with Lunt’s new-generation etalons, every LS40THa is individually tested and verified using Lunt’s precision metrology equipment, ensuring consistent performance and a true 0.4Å bandpass. The front-mounted tilt-tuned etalon provides a full unobstructed aperture with no central obstruction, helping deliver sharp, high-contrast hydrogen-alpha views across the solar disk.
The included SunLock solar finder makes locating the Sun fast and safe, while the 12mm flat-field eyepiece with premium 0.1% anti-reflection coatings provides 33x magnification for detailed solar observing right out of the box.
