The Takahashi TKA00563 is an extraordinarily heavy-duty finder scope bracket made only for the Takahashi 7 x 50mm finderscope, Takahashi 7.5 x 50mm finderscope and Takahashi refractor optical tubes 4" in aperture or larger. Why? The Takahashi 7X50 Finder Scope Bracket comes with a flat mounting base with holes spaced to fit the flat finder scope mounting boss on the rear cell. It's painted blue/black as opposed to the normal Takahashi green! At the front of the mounting ring, three chromed ball head bolts lock the finder securely into place and three non-marring nylon tipped bolts at the rear are used to collimate the finder with your telescope's optics. With separate locking nuts, these collimations will stay in place until you decide to change them!
